At ExRobotics, we design and build explosion-proof autonomous robots. We are looking for a HR Officer to strengthen our Backoffice Team, and support our growing company.

Job description

At ExRobotics, we design and build explosion-proof autonomous robots that make hazardous environments safer. As we continue to scale our production and commercial activities, having strong HR (people) team becomes essential. That’s why we are looking for a HR Officer to strengthen our Back office team, and help support our growing organisation.

As our HR Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our growing organisation. You'll own the day-to-day HR operations while helping us further professionalise our HR processes as we continue to grow. With direct access to the managing board and a culture of open communication, you'll have the opportunity to improve the way we work and see the impact of your ideas. Our primary office tools are Microsoft Office and AFAS. It is a hybrid job, working from home on a scheduled basis is possible.  

What you’ll be doing

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, from vacancy publication to contract preparation.  

  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.  

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.  

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate personnel records in AFAS.  

  • Prepare employment contracts and process personnel changes.  

  • Manage employee documentation and continuously improve the employee handbook.  

  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related administrative matters.  

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Coordinate absenteeism case management in line with Dutch legislation.  

  • Monitor leave administration and support managers on HR matters.  

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and the applicable CAO.  

  • Keep management informed of legislative and CAO developments.  

HR Development

  • Maintain and improve job descriptions and the organizational structure.  

  • Support performance and development conversations.  

  • Advise management on workforce planning and employee development.  

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes.

Salary: €3000 - €3500 gross per month (40 hours/week), based on experience

Permanent from day one, with a two-month trial period

Job requirements

Education: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience: Five years of experience in an all-round HR position
Skills: Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and the applicable CAO, experience working with AFAS Profit. It is a plus if you have experience building or improving HR processes
Languages: Excellent reading and writing skills in Dutch and English
Location: You live within 50 km of Delft, and in posession of drivers license B
Mindset: You are eager to learn and thrive in an international dynammic and innovative environment
